The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Developer Trillium Projects has packed the sales centre for its Ella condominium project in East Vancouver into a truck that can roll right up to a potential buyer’s home.
It is considered a first in new home marketing in Vancouver, said James Evans, one of the Trillium partners behind the Ella development at Grant Street and Nanaimo Street in East Vancouver.Evans said the idea for a condo sales room delivery was inspired by food trucks, ice cream trucks, Uber and the fact that young buyers represent the fastest-growing segment of the new home market. Canadians aged 18 to 34 now represent 27% of new homebuyers, according to Statistics Canada, he noted. “It fits with what these buyers want.
“Think about curb-side food trucks, food delivery, ridesharing and ice cream trucks,” he said. “As kids we’ve all run and waved to the ice cream truck. That experience is part of the inspiration here.”The Ella condo truck may not play ‘The Entertainer,’ but it will include images, a scale model of the condo building, residential layouts, specifications and even space to sign a sales contract.
When it’s not motoring to a potential buyer’s location, the condo truck will be parked at the 45-unit Ella project site at 1350 Nanaimo Street. Ella is being developed by Trillium Projects with GN Holdings Ltd.
