We are excited to announce that our project, Manoir, has been selected as a 2021 Georgie Awards finalist in the following three categories:
- Best Project Identity
- Best Advertising Campaign
- Best Project Website
The Georgie Awards is Canada’s premier housing awards program presented by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC). The Georgie Awards seeks to highlight and acknowledge excellence in British Columbia’s residential construction and renovation industry.
Inspired by the European stately homes of the past, Manoir is a collection of 12 duplex and triplex townhomes that boldly reinterprets elegant French architecture with contemporary interiors in a multi-family community.
Despite being launched during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in January 2020, the campaign objective of selling every unit was achieved earlier than the anticipated timeline in just 5 months. This is a testament to the effectiveness of our teams cohesive marketing efforts and well deserved recognition by the Georgie Awards.
We would also like to congratulate our building partners VictorEric and T. Jones Group on also being 2021 Georgie Awards finalists in their respective categories.
3070 West 49th is an expansive mid-century villa in Southlands is a finalist for one award, and Elements Estate, an already award winning handcrafted estate in Shaughnessy, has been chosen in three categories.
We want to extend our appreciation to all those that contributed to the success of Manoir and our other projects. Being recognized for these accolades reaffirms our position as Vancouver’s top real estate marketing agency.
We look forward to the virtual gala on March 20th, 2021, when winners will be announced.
