PIXEL Moments x Winter Arts 2022 x St Paul’s Hospital Foundation

We once again supported the St Paul’s Hospital Foundation’s Pixel Moments event and ventured into a whole new collaboration with Vancouver Mural Festival’s Winter Arts and worked with award-winning artist Chase Gray, a trans-Indigiqueer / 2 Spirit xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and Tsimshian artist. This partnership pushed the event to new heights as ICON continues to advocate for St Paul’s Hospital Foundation.

We are thrilled to announce our latest collaboration with Vancouver Mural Festival’s Winter Arts, where we worked alongside award-winning artist Chase Gray to support St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation’s Pixel Moments event. This partnership marked a new chapter in our ongoing efforts to advocate for the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation and bring greater awareness to their mission.

Chase Gray is a trans-Indigiqueer / 2 Spirit xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and Tsimshian artist whose work embodies a deep reverence for the natural world and a commitment to social justice. Their art often reflects the intersections of Indigenous and LGBTQ+ identities, offering a powerful and resonant vision of a more inclusive future.

Together, we worked to create a stunning mural that paid tribute to the resilience and strength of the communities served by St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation. The mural features vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and a powerful message of hope and healing. We are honored to have been a part of this project and to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented artist.

The Pixel Moments event itself was a huge success, with a record number of attendees and an outpouring of support for St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation. As always, the event was a celebration of the innovative work being done by the hospital’s staff and the generosity of the community that supports them.

At ICON, we believe that our role as a marketing firm is not just to promote brands and events, but to make a positive impact on the world around us. Our partnership with Vancouver Mural Festival’s Winter Arts and Chase Gray was an embodiment of this belief, and we are excited to see how we can continue to collaborate with artists and organizations that share our values.

We are immensely proud of the work we did with Vancouver Mural Festival’s Winter Arts and Chase Gray, and we are excited to continue advocating for St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation and other organizations that make a difference in our communities. We hope that our partnership will inspire others to think creatively about how they can support causes they care about, and we look forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead.‍
