Sneak Peek: Richmond Stables
T. Jones Group drastically transformed this Palm Springs-inspired Villa while upholding its architectural integrity to bring this home into the modern day.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
"Jeffs Residences, on Charles Street just off Commercial Drive] was a large old
house that was built in the 1900's, it happened to be sitting on a large site that was
quite under utilized relative to what you could build on the site ... Under the zoning
on the site you could have demolished everything and built 10 duplexes. But /
looked at it and I thought that first, there was this grand old house that had been
kind of butchered but still retained the essential fabric and form of the original
house, and there was an opportunity here with this under utilized site. I thought
maybe there was an opportunity to add some different forms of housing through a
Heritage Revitalization Agreement which was a policy tool the City had to
encourage Heritage Retention"
Attention all equestrian lovers! Introducing Richmond Stables, one of the many projects we have at the moment, owned and operated by Dr. Corey Hambleton and Kelly Hambleton. Corey and Kelly are dear friends of one of our long term clients. This project could not have come to us at a better time-we were asked to bring this successful equestrian centre into the busy Vancouver real estate market just as we wrapped up the branding phase of McCleery and Magee. In the midst of a busy real estate season, we were delighted to leverage the experience from McCleery and Magee to create another equestrian themed project. After several weeks of meeting, planning, and raining, we finally were able to return to the property and begin implementing our marketing and creative plans. The lovely owners worked hard during this past several weeks to pull together numerous improvement projects (a monument signage installation, new landscaping, fence repairs, pony barn re-build, painting, and new carpentry) to ensure every inch of the property is perfectly restored and ready to meet its potential future owners. Because there are so many details to the 5 acre property, we orchestrated a team consisting of a photographer, a drone operator, and a videographer, and enlisted the help of an established Richmond business and lifestyle journalist Benjamin Yong to come together to tell the Richmond Stables story. To transcend the norm, we've also custom-designed an iron cast signage post instead of a regular wooden for sale signage post to elevate the overall experience. We can't wait to share this once in a lifetime opportunity with equestrian property buyers. Stay curious!About Kelly HambletonKelly is an Equine Canada certified High Performance Coach. She has been teaching dressage for 30 years, working in the US and Canada. She was awarded Dressage BC Coach of the Year in 2015 by Dressage BC. Richmond Stable is located at 12551 Gilbert Road, Richmond B.C. V7E 2H8. The sale of the property and business is being exclusively managed by Icon&co.
